The Dark Side - Trail, Big Bear - Snow Summit, California

DESCRIPTION

Super steep, loose, rocky, and narrow. Some very technical sections like dropping into the right while turning left. I have a permanant scar on my chin from this section.

Sick DH trail. Steep and technical with lots of rocks and ruts. Experienced riders only, there is no turning back once you get on this trail, it's just too steep and loose. (Thanks Todd for showing this trail to me)

Customer Service

HARD To Find, but sooo worth it. Very few people know about it. Most of the ones that do only ride (should say walk) it once.

It's a lot like fall line but way steeper and way more technical.

You know what they say about cockroaches? Where you see one, there are more. Keep searching and building, and only show those you ride with. That way we can all keep riding illegal trails. The sweetest fruit is forbidden fruit.

Customer Service

What trail? Poacher is right, you must be cautious about your spray.

i road this trail, i dont see the big deal. i took it no problim on my long travle XC bike. there was one small 20 foot section i had to walk, the only good line i saw through this section required at least 6 or 7 inches of travle. otherwize i thought BB was pretty tame. i can see why there is a pantie tree 1/2 way up the chair lift. i had a blast there all the trails. cant wait to go back
