Gold Canyon Trails - TRAIL

Gold Canyon Trails - Trail, Gold Canyon, Arizona

Several Trails here. Lost Goldmine is multiuse and a tough climb. After 2.5 tough miles it reaches the fun K-Trail which swoops across arroyos many times. Some drops are large and fast. As clouds and elevation brings rain this is a relatively wet saguaro forest with very good spring blooms and a diverse Sonoran Desert environment. Cougar in tandem with others can be used to connect to K-Trail making the route longer but easier. At least 20 miles of trails here and more being added. Micro Moab is a small rock tech area as is the Tech Loop. K-Trail may be Arizonas 'most fun' trail! Superstition views are magnificent.

This place rocks! Views are great and the K-Trail fast and fun. Catch when cool as elevations are low. Lost Goldmine and the Ridge Trail are multi use but K-Trail, Cougar, Gila Monster, Tech Loop and most others are MTB singletrack.
