DESCRIPTION

This trail is a mix of wide single track and jeep trails. The initial climb is steep but very rideable. It has some loose rock sections. Once on the ridge, there is some limited exposure. The initial climb is about 1.25 miles. You will reach a split in the trail. Continuing along the power lines takes you to the top of other jeep trails. If you go to the left you ride a wide, but fun single/double track. From this trail you can loop around to the jeep trails that connect the radio towers. Traveling up the hill, past the tower being constructed, is steep road, but it will put in a saddle where another jeep trail goes off to the righ. Taking this jeep trail will take you back toward the area the power line road comes up. About 3/4 of a mile there is a jeep trail that comes up from the left. Take this trail to go back toward the power lines. Go straight for more jeep trail riding. On the way back look for single tracks to the right of the trail. These add some good options. Enjoy the ride down but watch your speed. The trail is loose and rocky. There are jeep trails and single tracks through this area to explore.
