Not bad for short rides, don't expect to spend hours here since most of the good trails have been taken over by housing. The only trail left with any decent length is the one that follows the hydro power lines. Its rocky but elevation is pretty much flat. There are no jumps, only bumps.

Donquichote until Perdriole primary school. Park in parking lot, or across the street somewhere, and enter where the XC ski trail is marked.(Just to the left of school)

Nice and close to the city, trails are full of mud and rocks but suburban sprawl is reducing the number of trails but its still worth the time if you need a ride and you dont want to go to far.
