If your a serious rider than dnt bother with this small premadonna trail. What was once decent 5 years ago is now overgrown (northeast corner of park) and not worth the spider web eating it serves.
If your in the area Malden Park or Morton Terminal (Dainty Foods) is where its at.

Brunet Park is an excellent trail for the area. Essex and Kent counties are totaly flat so there is not great opertunity for climbing exercies. The trails at Brunet are represntitve of all skill levels, each of the three sections have a different focus on the skill set required to ride them. The "novice" section is mostly twist and turns with a few root and log obsticles and a short off camber section. This is section directly to the south of the parking lot. This section is great to get the beginner used to manouvering through the trails with out bombarding them with a lot of technical based obstecles. The front advanced section (to the North-East of the parking lot) has quite a bit of off camber, with some dirt piles and tight manouvering at the begining, then moves into a flater, faster section with some log obsticles and some drop offs. This section focuses on handeling skills with tight turns, off camber, log obsticles, and a few ditcehs and drops. New riders beware this section can be confusing. if you take the wrong turn you may find yourself riding is circles. The back advanced section (to the west) pulls it all together. This section demads good handleing skills along with the ablity to manuever through tight obsticels. There are tight turns and log obsicles along the entire circit, along with a couple of bridges and some drop offs. This section is tecnically less demanding then the front advanced section, but requirse a more evenly distiruted skill set. Over all this is a very enjoyable set of trails to ride

Run through the Novice section, if you enter by the parking lot you will end up coming out to the open area of the park you will see a track that leeds to the back section. Head to the back and hit the back section. The best I can tell you have to drop in through the ditch, if you choose the proper rout you will exit there as well. When you get to the top of the ditch on the bush side keep to your left and folow the trail down and along the edge of the dranage ditch, just keep folowing the trail from there. When you finish with that section then head back toward the parking lot and enter the front section. There is a paved path that runs into the front section. Keep riding past the paved path and you will see a track in the grass follow it to edge of and down you go, the actual entrance to the trail will be up the paved path 10 feet on the right hand side, keep to your right as you enter and you should be able to find your way around from there. There are lots of exits to this section if you don't want to run the whole thing. Other wise you can end up where you started form.

the best trails That I have found in Windsor. In some places you can ether go the good way or the s#@*$ way, it is not very good. There is some pritty technical stuff. I am for shure going back as sone as I can I am only giving it four tires because there is no real climb or downhills and the map sucks, but othere than that it kicks ass.

Customer Service

both the trails in the park are good but there is one that is a little harder. On the map it is the off to the right.

Do as many trails that you can find there. Try to make sure that you find the trails with arrows. If you don't go the right way you will kick yourself, so go the right way!!! I would for sure recommend going back after doing it once.

Customer Service

The whole trail is pretty cool. Do it all!

This is one of the most technical trails i've ever ridden. It's got so many switchbacks and little bridges that if you blinked you could end up in the bottom of a 10 ft. deep creek gorge! I highly recomend this place to all cyclists. you'll just have to slow down if you're new!

A great source for improving riding skills. Good variation of logs, roots and switch-backs. Extremely challenging, especially in the rain!

I have ridden some crazy trails, but this by fair is the best trail I have ever ridden. (that is when you take into consideration what you have to work with). This trial offers everything, logs, drop offs, switch backs, even a short down hill. The trail(s) have excellent flow. My helmet goes off to the guy(s) that made that trail!

I don't think I want to tell you :)

There is a short but hard trail called "The West Shore Extreme" It has some crazy log rides, huge drop offs. It is too hard to give directions to. But you will know when you find it.

This is the best trail I have riden in Windsor. There is nothing better than bashing a few rings on the logs. I don't recommend the back section for beginnners but give it a shot. Have a quranking good time.

This place is pretty sweet...there are tons of switch backs, drops, logs, and there is one section where there are these three big piles of logs in a row that is awsome but have a tendancy to some times eat your big ring. Go nuts.
