Dagmar - TRAIL

Dagmar - Trail, Uxbridge, Ontario

Dagmar is a pretty decent place to ride. Its only open on weekends, and on wednesday nights were they have the weekly race series (anyone is welcome to join). The trails are well maintained, and they should be because its 5 dollars to ride there. Some fairly good technical sections, and some really good down hill sections, where you can get some sweet air!

Dagmar is a decent place, if you live close by. But, for those who are close to the Don Trails, I would not waste your time there. The single tracks are short, just when you really getting into it, they end and hit a fireroad. If you do go, the Unnamed Trail, Log Run, and Chico's are good trails. If you hit Biopace, pace yourself, as the very last part of the trail is a MONSTER HILL!

This is an excellent place to ride. A system of trails that has something to offer every type of rider. Chico's Wild Ride is an exceptional trail.

Customer Service

From the 401 heading east. Exit at Westney, heading North, until Tauton, head east, then to Lake Ridge Rd. heading North. 13 kms up the road. Signs along the way.

The singletrack was fun, tight and twisty. Plenty of opportunity to miss a switchback and wrestle some trees. The trail map they have makes for good toilet paper, your better off looking which side of the tree has moss on it. Project Mayhem?? What the hell was that. I read the reviews on here and was led to believe it would be fun and challanging. My mom could do this section blindfolded on a fifety pound singlespeed. Whoever that one homo was. Learn how to ride. This place in XC heaven. Don't go if you have skills and your looking for a challange. No place to do drops or jumps and the few stunts they do have just aren't worth the drive.

Went there after reading all the reviews , but was rather disappointed , project mayham consist of mainly a few wide/short bridges and short-log rides with wide, nice flat boards on them , it is super easy, anyone can do them...then there are two 12inches high baby teeter tooters in there ,really can't call this a hard trail by any means and $7 bucks to get in is a bit too much. It is a good place to bring your kid or girlfriend , but not for any serious MTB'er , anyway .. ride on. That's my 2 cents.. If you are in Toronto , go down to the don , killer teeter tooter , A-bridge , there's a bridge that is 5-inches wide,50foot long & 5 foot high , just bring your amour and have fun .. best of all , it is FREE :)

Some good tricky climbs, watch out for burritos and other such names inplying Mexican hot foods. Good mix of hard and easy.

Customer Service

There's a good series of their most difficult trails that you can segment together for about 45 to 50 minute laps at decent pace.
