* Summary
The park is primarily for families and picnics, but some cyclists have morphed it to their liking. The park is fairly large and there are scattered paths. The air is clean and the trees and shade are plentiful. It's generally a good exercise and you can easily spend an hour or two in there.

* Paths
Paths are all over the place. They're not interconnected, so you'll dive into one, only to come back out onto the pavement and then back into another. I haven't seen any technical, but there are a few fallen tree trunks and branches that you need to navigate through. If you're a freerider, there's a nice 20 foot drop to test your courage =)

* Challenges
The biggest challenge will be finding the paths. Some are obvious, others are not. Some of the paths haven't been used for so long that it's partially bushed in. Sometimes you can just define your own path.

* Exercise
It's energetic otherwise I wouldn't be there. The trails are pretty straightforward, but there's a few hills to keep the heart pumping. Once you know the area you just move around really quick.

* People
People and families frequently walk or ride along the pavement (although it's not saturated), but no one ever takes the paths.

Customer Service

Head down Cedarcroft (it's south of Steels, head down Bathurst). You'll eventually see one of the entrances into the park. Stick to the right side, ride on the grass. You'll eventually see an opening to one of the paths. This I believe is the longest one in the park, so ride and enjoy. Once you're done, venture off and try to find the others.

TYhis is not a very good trail at all, but one cannot complain, after all it is right in the center of a major city. Some trails end suddenly, and force you to get on the paved route once again to re-join the same route.

Customer Service

At the corner of duffrin and steeles. Stay on the paved route and look around for opening into off road routes.

The paved trail itself isnt very good but if you look carefully you will find some fun trails. May I suggest taking short-cuts through the river for added pleasure:)

Customer Service

For bikers: Go up Dufferin then make a left onto Steeles. Look for the opening on the right side.

This Can be a fun trail if you end it off with the fast down hill and then go left, climb the paved path and do the loop again. Make sure you started the couples banging in the woods!

Customer Service

Start from behind the Library at Dufferin and Clark. Cross Steeles, look for openings.
