This is a great and fast trail.. it's just a little hard to find. There are TWO baseball diamonds. and it is behind the one in the Northwest corner of the park. You can also access the trail directly from Port Union Rd. just south of the 401 near the 401 exit. The trail goes all the way west to a side street called Centennial Rd. It's just short of a kilometre long. The guys giving it bad reviews just didn't find it. They probably went behind the southern baseball diamond which just leads to the SW entrance of the park, a small tobogganing hill and a picnic area with a creek. This actually gives the spot some added value. You can ditch your spouse and kids in the picnic area and go for a good ride.

Customer Service

Location of entrance to trail from park is: 43"47'38.88 N by 79"08'53.42 according to Google Earth. That's enough for the doubting thomases to find it. :)

Unknown wilderness trail at the very back end of the parking lot in Colonel Danforth Park. If you follow the Rouge Trail all the way there, just ride through to the end of the park. It goes for about 2Km. Has a couple of difficult sections including a jump you should scout first since the opposite side is blind when you come on it ""/_
Happy riding.

What the hell are you talking about? Adams Park? There are no miles of single track. It's a damn toboggan hill!! Go ride the Rouge and stay out of the park. For a good time go ride the garbage alp by the zoo. Adams Park? Gime a break.

What trail. Like the other guy said this is a tobogan hill. No single track, no double track, nothing. This place isn't even a very good park. I wouldn't bring my dog here to take a dump. Don't waste your time like I did and avoid at all costs. I don't know, just do yourself a favour and stay away. I only gave this place 1 star because there was no option for no stars.

as the other review told you STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Scab got it right, this is not a trail at all but a park. There is no single track, there is no double track. All that is there is a very lame paved path which leads from one parking lot to another parking lot, not much fun. If you had roller-blades you might get a little exercise doing 50 second laps between them but even a totally rigid MTB is way out of place. Thank god the Rouge is within riding distance or else our afternoon would have been completely wasted. If you have to ride in east Scarborough do yourself a favour, avoid this place like the plague and go to the Rouge or Three Rock. I only gave this place one star because zero and negative ratings were unavailable. Cheers, and good riding.

Customer Service

Please do not attempt this non-trail. Avoid like an economy flight to Kabul.

Don't know what these guy below me are complaining about, but this is a GREAT trail! You have to go around the baseball diamonds to get to the AWESOME trails. From there it's just a hop, skip and a jump away from The Rouge trails. Give it 10 stars if I could!

Customer Service

Go behind the baseball diamonds!

I think the guys that say this trail is good are out to lunch. Even the little part behind the baseball diamonds sucks crap. I wasted so much of my time. Go to the Rouge do not waste your time on this one

I don't know what adams park is. But i do know that there are sic single track trails in the rouge south of 401. These are tight fast trails with nice little ups and downs.

Customer Service

Hit the glen rouge entrance off hwy 2 and head south, follow the cobble stone until you get to the real single track trail head.
