Depends on the type of biking you like. The lanes are very tight in areas and flow very well. Obstacles & technical sections can be found, Speak with a local. The area is so large you can find yourself lost at times, so be careful. Easily a full day of riding with out trail duplication

Customer Service

Unsure of the names, but a great variety and lots of fun. Not sure why you would pay to ride 5mins away when you could get your fill of most everything here.

Imagine Albion Hills without maintenance for 2 years and that is what this place is like. Moderate hill work but its short and not very technical - fast and flowy with lots of brush on the trail edge.

The trails are not signed very well and I am told the Ganaraska Trail goes through this place and you end up riding on it. Its a very big tract though that stretches further north and is good for a few hours of riding.

Still Hardwood Hills has better trails especially if you are into cross-country. If you are more into longer day rides where you explore on your own this is a pretty good place for that.

3 stage is some of the best riding around. I highly recommend it. I ride the trails at least 3 times a week and can go on different trails each time. You can start above Osler ski hill (there is a small dirt road off gray rd. 19) or do a major climb off West Church road (which comes out by Nottawa and is known as 33/34 side road). The aerobic and technical ratings I give it to the side are an average. You can ride fairly easy areas or what I call "technical of the dammed" sections (I tend to walk those areas and let my buddy do the crazy stuff). If you want a great aerobic ride, do the climb (West church road). The fun part about the climb is what goes up must come down.

Customer Service

For a good ride start up at 3 stage above Osler Ski hill.

First time out to the 8th line and had a great time. Some fast spots and lots of technical turning. Some pretty good short and steep climbs but over all lots of fun.
Why pay to ride your bike at Hardwood hills when 5 minutes away you can ride for Free.

A bit of everything, lots of tight and twisty single-track. Be careful and watch out for stumps, branches, debris on the trails - it is not maintained regularly.

If Anyone can pm me a map of the place, that would be great.

Not too impressed. Parking is poor. The day I was out saw hikers, dirt bikers/ atv's. Lots of poison ivy in summer and fair bit of double track. Hardwood hills is a better bet down the road.

lots of sandy double track, some short sections of single track but not connected and no flow. I saw the odd hiker and even a couple people on horseback which makes me wonder if the trails there are intended for biking?

Customer Service

not sure there is one....?

I will get wise the next time and part with a couple $$ to enjoy my day are Hardwood Hills rather than scratch around in unmarked bush.

Great trail system that offers something to everyone. Go for an hour or hours and enjoy! Nice fast flat sections mixed with rolling valleys and moderate climbs and DH sections.
