Tillmann Brook - TRAIL

Tillmann Brook - Trail, Fall River, Nova Scotia

A nice demanding trail if you lots of ups and downs and loads of wildlife. Be prepared to see the following for certain, beaver dams and lodges on Tillmann Brook. If you are lucky you'll catch some sign of bears, deer, coyotes and bobcats, along with the usual amount of our feathered friends as well. The trail starts off easy, but gradually turns in to a nightmare or exciting adventure, depending upon your sporting instincts. If your a sissy or just like cruising along without a nice challenge, then stop at about 2 miles and call it a day. If you like a challenge combined with a decent workout, then fasten down the holds and go to the end. Lots of little gullies and cliffs, a swamp or two, with giant boulders to add, and just to add a little spice to the adventure, be prepared for finishing off in a well known bear feeding area. Return trip a liitle longer it seems...always looking back over your shoulder...wonder why that is?
