Great trail! Great for an evening ride.

A little wet in places, old, broken ladders remain from the ancient trail builders, ride em if you dare!

When in bedford find sunnyside mall( by the bedford petro-canada). Turn on to rocky lake road. Go up that road as far as bedford Junior High. Across from the junior high there is a gravel parking area(big enough for about 3 cars) park there and get bike walk over the tracks and follow the power lines....

I tried this trail on 17 August 2002. Temp was 30 C Hot...bring lots of H20. Good trail wicked climb at the start. I went almost to the end in Burnside then turned around and came back. Trail is grown-in a bit in some places still a bit of mud. It must be murder in the spring! hard to get any good speed going... too many steep climbs. Coming back is easier than going in.
I am going to try it again in the fall. Interesting rock formations..walls.
