Once a beautiful rolling trail with varying difficulty and length has become a bikers worst nightmare. Almost half of the trail is toast. From trails being re-routed through chopped and logged forest to existing trails torn up to remove roots, this trail network is now one of the worst in the province. I'm still miffed that they would put all that effort into removing roots for equestrians and leave the trail unusable for mtn bikers. Due to the sandy nature of the terrain, its is now like riding on a beach. I've taken many noobies here for the beautiful scenery, ease of terrain and quick exit if needed, but no longer. Boo.

Thanks Manitoba Conservation.

Hwy 2 to Glenboro, turn north, continue past the campground another 5mins and its on your right.

Similar Products Used: The trans-can between the epinette trailhead and the campground is a good alternative. Although not nearly as long or difficult it still is worth the drive.

definitely a workout, and not quite technical. Gorgeous scenery! Watch out for some of the sandy downhills - it gets pretty deep in sections and if you're not ready, you'll be playin' on the beach. there are some nice downhills where you can really hit high gear and launch yourself off roots and bumps if you're looking for a bit more excitement. Also, some nice corners at the bottom of downhills make for an aggressive ride at times.

Customer Service

Head out, go on the south loop there, north loop back. Not really much more to say

Awesome Trail System. This is an intense ride because of the hills and sand. Great foe building endurance. Bring lots of water and make sure that you have your tools. Can be done in 3hrs with a few short breaks.

Customer Service

Take the whole thing but don't stop too long or you will not feel like starting again.

Not technically challenging but an excellent workout for intermediary level cross country biker. A few good hills but generally rolling terrain with little roots or rocks in your way. Bring lots of water. Whole trail system took 4-5 hrs with generous breaks. Great scenery. Highly recommended.

Customer Service

Epinette Creek trail south side joining Newfoundland trail loop and return on north side of Epinette Creek trail. Total about 38Km.
