the old homestead across from the gravel pits a old logging camp then some old guy moved in then put barbwire around the camp some hermit I think he died in the late 80s you still can see the barbwire going up the left side of the trail going up Its a wonderful trail easy relaxing very muddy when wet thanks to bikers ruining the trail......

This is great trail. Fast and fun. 5 stars. If you ride the Connector as above, you should expect it to be a little more difficult technically. This part is fast!

Customer Service

Try riding the trail as a loop. Start up at the gun club at the top of Coast Meridian. Ride up to the start of the Connecter Trail. This trail goes all the way down to the Coquitlam River Trail. Ride out to the road and back up to the gun club.

This is a fairly easy trail but fun.The whole trail you are on the river. To ride these trails you have to bike across many creeks and water falls. There are a few technacial sections and the trails are mostly flat.

Customer Service

Go down shanussy and take a left at the little blue bridge.

This is a trail for all of the old school spandex poser riders who can't ride any of the true intermediate trails. A little root across the ground does'nt classify this a intermediate. Most of eagle mnt is intermediate, burke ex. vix's, triple crown is intermediate, burnaby is intermediate. I guess what I'm trying to get across is to stop all of the bullshit exageration. Great place to bring your family though!!

Customer Service

this trail smacks especially after a rain it is a toal swamp.

Customer Service

Only time i recomend riding this trail is when you are using it as an exit from the connector. The connector is an intermediate trail with some steep pitches but extreemly fun for bring new bikers on just to watch them fall and show them mountain biking is not as easy as it looks.

A great place to get naked.

I love this trail especially in the spring when all the PoCo trash decide to fish for spawning salmon on a river that has been raped by gravel pits and dams. The trail is in in great condition too with some of the largest puddles I have ever seen (and crossed).

This is the most boring trail in the world. IT's flat as hell and is real boring no steep shutes amd the only hard parts are not very exciting. Screw this trail, It's good to takes the little kiddies

First off, ALL YOU idiots spelled shaughnessy wrong! Your a disgrace to Poco....Anyway theres lots of sweet trails within a couple hours of here. Burke Mountain is sweet, so is Randys trail. As for Coquitlam river, that trail is SADLY easy, I could ride it with no hands the entire thing, ages 4-100 could ride this. Unless you absolutely SUCK, try something more challenging.
