Little Bones - Trail, Kelowna, British Columbia

Little Bones - Trail, Kelowna, British Columbia

DESCRIPTION

Tight, and technical and rocky. Some off angle rock drops (Vern's Last Ride), very tight corners, slippery log ride, tetter-toter, log hops, log ramps, an uphill eight foot high bridge, and a very steep chute with tight corners and a drop at the end (the Gun Barrel). Lots of fun in a short distance. Note: Please ride on the trail or walk the tuff stuff.

A fun technical trail. Vern's Last Ride is a good sized off camber drop, and there are plenty of other small drops as well. Other cool features include a tetter-totter, a bridge-boardwalk, and a very steep drop-in chute with a tight corner. Not an easy trail to clean first try but not really life threatening either.

Any trail in the Crawford Area kicks-ass. Other technical trails to try are Bulwinkle, El Pinko and the Hillbilly, or try and search out the infamous Honeycomb and Ho trails.

A fun little trail of little technical feats. Being a non-technical rider, I have yet to clean this bastard. It's even claimed a brake lever.

This trail is the easiest I've ever ridden. It's like spoon feeding your grandparents. It seems who ever built this trail was trying to find the easiest way down, and avoided all the fun technical challenges the ride had to offer. This guy could use a course in building trails.

If you want a technical trail that has comlete flow, this is the one. There's some nice rocky sections, a good wheelie drop off a rock ledge (they took out the tongue drop)and some fast downhil action. This trail rocks.
