Wynn vale dam - Trail, adelaide, Australia

Wynn vale dam - Trail, adelaide, Australia

DESCRIPTION

The trail will take you to the damn, which you can do laps on some part are fairly dull, more cross conutry trail. As you head away from the dam (on the right hand trail) you have many options; a stairway (12m), a two-part steep descent (only 8m long), Hill with a lip (get air if your going fast, watch out too much speed and you'll end up in the creek), and a nice gently sloping shit track. All will join up with the same path again, rest is mostly cross country but still fun if you are gunning it. If our only into long downhills don't bother with it. There are also many jumps for anyone so inclined.

Cross Country Rider

It's not bad, so long as you're happy to ride XC. Very little technical stuff and it's all bypassable. If you tried hard you could possibly find 5km of singletrack in the reserve downhill of the dam. Very good as a ride for families, inexperience riders, etc.

Customer Service

none - I don't know the area well enough. There's no doubt better trails than the one I took.
