Concerning the single track, it's a relatively new trail built by Luke and Nigel. If you don't get lost it comes to about 5.3km (to where it's built to at the moment). I'm riding it 'on my about to fall apart crappy no susser blue mongoose' and love it. Has some log rides, a couple moderate sized jumps, and an odd thing here and there. Watch out though 'cause it doesn't drain to well in some parts. Go ride it and make sure it doesn't get lost in the grass.
Other than that Cameron pretty much summed up the other attractions in the area well.

Customer Service

For a bit more detailed entry on the single track trail:
Enter at the end of Edmund Rice Drive and quickly take a left (west), that's entering the single track not the more eroded track a lil' up. Light hill work, then over some mounds and then back down (10m from first mound and south-east-ish) to continue onto the larger section of the trail. After that it's pretty easy to follow.
