Trail Ridden: Every few months
Recommended Route:
top to bottom works pretty well; I suggest going with somebody who knows the way, since there's a maze of fireroads before and after the trail

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Grafton Mesa, Gooseberry, Red Bull Rampage course

Review:

This trail is by far the most technical trail I've ridden. Period. It is pure evil, if you ask me. I thought I was good, now I don't know what to call myself, and I was taking the wussy lines! Seriously, anyone that is craving a challenge here it is, cause this trail is just impossible. It can be a little frustrating sometimes though, at least for me, cause I had to dab so freakin much. Oh well, maybe I'll eventually ride the whole thing. Wear lots of body armor, and don't think your bike will come out unscathed.

Trail Ridden: Once a month
Recommended Route:
Top of Smith Mesa, follow the rim until you find the trail. Thats the best I can say, stop into a shop (Red Rock, Bike Zion) and try to ride with someone who has ridden it.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
Broken Mesa, Grafton Mesa, Gooseberry.

Review:

This is the most extreme, downhill/freeride trail I've ridden. Rock Drops, steep steep steep. WEAR BODY ARMOR!!!

Trail Ridden: Ridden Once
Recommended Route:
I don't know what the road is called so go to Bike Zion and ask Tim or Dean how to get here.

Other recommended trails in the same area:
DO NOT go to Zion area with your bike without riding Gooseberry Mesa. It is a must ride.

Review:

This is for sure the most technically challenging trail I have ridden to date. Super fun and super scary. If you are into extreme tecnical downhill rides I would most definately suggest you hit this. Very dangerous, very difficult, and shuttling is required. There is a fun little play area at the bottom - if you make it down in one peice. The props for the constructon of this trail (if you want to call this a trail!) go to Dean of Bike Zion and Bender. This trail will open your eyes to what can be ridden on a mountainbike.....if you have the BALLS!! Thanks again Tim for showing me the light!

Do you think you're hardcore extreme racer guy ? Ride this thing called a trail and ask yourself : How good am I ?? Nothing but large rocks , steep drop offs and 100-200 foot drops on the right side of the trail if you mess up . Good Luck !
