The trail goes up, up, up. About two miles of climbing single track, a few sections are very steep, mostly the first and last sections. The trail goes along the hillside above the creek there are several stream crossings and a great waterfall (Right hand side about ¾ of the way up). The trails ends into the Sunset Campground, then the fun begins. The trail is mostly used for hiking but biking is allowed (May be a little steep for most people). Overall: Great, Short, Technical, Climb downhill is great check your speed on the corners the trail changes fast. |

If you do not keep your eye's open for all of the hidden jumps and drops it will not be as fun. If you do not hit at least 9 jumps you have missed something. |

This would be a good training ride if you go all the way up to Fransis Peak. Then come back down the way you came and reward yourself with a short section of single track at Sunset Campground. Bring warm clothes any time except July, Aug, and Sept because it gets cold up above 7500'. |

Recommended Route: Shuttle up to Sunset campground andhead to the back of the campground loop. At the very back is a trail that leads to the water fall. Stay on it and come a screamin' down.
