If you don't know the trails get some one that does. Best to start out at the Henson gap Hang Glider site. We call these trails Hang Glider Hill and it's alot more than just the Cooper Creek Trails

Review:

Of all the trails around Chattanooga these are my farorite. They are fast, fun, and fantastic. You got to do each trail as a down hill and a climb out to truly appreciate how fine this system is. And don't forget the big DH into the top of Cooper Creek. There is a new trail that comes in just above the Jewel Box Water Fall that adds about 2.5 miles and connects to the rest of the hang glider hill trails. You can now come in at the South Rim entrance, loop up the Hunters trail at the bottom of Cooper Creek, drop back down to the slick rock creek crossing, ride up the creek to the big hill, climb to the North rim, zoom back down to the new trail and climb out to the back line trail. For almost 11 miles and 2 hours of hardcore kick ass riding.

Review:

This trail is all single track w/various riding levels, This trail is also safe for intermediate riders. I recomend first time riders to ride w/someone who knows the trails so you do not get lost. Also leave yourself plenty of day light so you can see where your going this rt. is approx. 6.5mi. We finished in the dark.
