Trail Description:	Sugar Sand, Mud, pick your course most will hard core leg burning riding. Some single track west of black hole. Conditioning trails for any type of riding/racing but not worth any type of drive to experience. I have ridden there for a year in training for adventure race. conditioning and skill building. Some major get off and walk sand and thick black mud at black hole. The rednecks are harmless just say HAY! Most trails area result of four wheel drive vehicles that go for miles on end. lots of wildlife and wild - life.

Recommended Route: As North Area Manager for Brevard County Parks & Recreation I am familiar with Fay Lake Wilderness Park where this trail is located. Bicycle use in the undeveloped areas is permissable. However, motorized vehicles are not. Please assist us in not allowing motorized vehicles especially for your own safety. Other recommended trails in the same area: The Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge has some trails-contact them at 321.861-0667. Some of the areas may just be roadways-not truly trails. I have not ridden the area, but have heard there are areas to ride in.
Review: Yes, the trails were developed by motorized vehicles, but that was before the park was purchased and developed, when it was private property. Brevard County Parks & Recreation rules prohibit motorized vehicles except on the roadway and the vehicles must be licensed to drive on the roadway so All-Terrain motorized vehicles of any kind are prohibited. Motorized vehicles off the roadway are subject to ticketing by the Brevard County Sheriff's Department. Thank you for your assistance. Recommended Route: Pick a trail. To the southeast from the entrance at Fay lake, and going to the left is a second lake. This area is not full of sugar sand but the trail is short. Other recommended trails in the same area: E-con trails. Tico Airport (some sand but not as bad as PSJ.) Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge (distance days)
Review: If you're out in the saddle to have fun, you'll be pissed off guick due to the sugar sand and mud if we've got alot of rain. I'd give it a one. If you're out there to train and get strong in the saddle and excel at running in sand, you'll like it. I'd give it a four because it'll bust your asssss. You can't train out there hard every day. Your body will not recover. Watch out for busted glass.	Overall Rating:

Review: thick sandy sh*t, muddy nasty mosquito infested. You have to be crazy to want to ride this trail. Rode it and found that I was not in shape. SOme other riders had no problems encountering the sugar sand and mud. running and riding areas are ball busters. Good for local riders no other trails nearby except the Titusville Airport but can be hazardous to your health if a motorcyle runs you over. Snow hill is the nearest best trail.	Overall Rating:
