Trail Description: |
Mostly flat with some gentle rolling hills. Trails vary from dirt roads to fireroads, some lame paved path; thick oak and cypress hammocks to some sandy pine and palmetto grove trails. Good maps, trails are marked pretty well, most trails are shaded. Great for an all-day exploration ride. Not thrilling, but some predictable fun and varied sights. There is a herd of free running wild spanish horses here, and that's pretty cool for Florida. Lots of deer too. Good place for a picnic ride with a date. Some sugar sand and a few bucks to enter the park make this one get three burning burritos. |
