Directions to Trailhead:	Park in SF behind the GG bridge administration building There is tons of parking in the employee lot and even more just a short stretch down lincoln road. Ride across the bridge to Marin. Left at the very first paved bridge leading off the GG. Right, follow the road up the grade. Follow everyone else.

Recommended Route: GG Bridge - Sausalito - Tennessee Valley - Marcinello Trail -Bobcat Trail - Fort Bunker Road - Coastal Trail - Conzelman Road Other recommended trails in the same area:
Review: A good loop for Bay area residents. It goes from paved, fireroad, paved, but has a lot of variety and good views of Tennesse Valley and the San Francisco skyline (once you emerge from the Coastal trail onto Conzelman Road). The Bobcat trail (downhill on this route) has developed "washboard" syndrome on areas approaching turns, so be aware of what is ahead of you. All in all, a great training loop with a couple good uphill sections. If you're lucky you'll see the local bobcat once you've topped out from the Marcinello Trail. Be aware of horseback! Respect them and slow down if your passing, or stop when approaching. This is a good trail for intermediates and those looking to up your endurance on varied terrain. The paved sections allow passive riding. Rarely crowded and options for other trails in the Marin Headlands.	Overall Rating:

Review: Look, this isn't Mr. Toad's... but you can do it on the afternoon of a workday. You can definitely ride from the city, spend 10-20 miles on the fire roads and ride home witout getting spent, or just go to critical mass if that suits you. (talk about POSERS!)	Overall Rating:

Recommended Route: Up and over the GG, left at the paved road. Follow that up for a while, then decend the Coastal Trail! Then climb the Miwok and Monticello trail to Tennesse Valley. Can return through Sausalito. Run loop in reverse as well. Sausalito to Tennessee Valley, etc...Great local ride for SF riders.... Other recommended trails in the same area: Railroad Grade

Recommended Route: Took BART from east bay to Embaradaro in SF. Rode from there around the warf. Hit the golden gate bridge, and then its smooth sailing from there. Up, down, left, right or which ever way you want. Other recommended trails in the same area:
Review: Nice work out on the way up, much enjoyed on the way down on the paved roads, passing cars on wrong side of road and claiming a victory on Dodge Viper at 55 mph on my odometer. On a clear day the view is worth a roll of film. One note to remember, hang the turns as hard as you can!	Overall Rating:

Review: A good beginner route. On a Sunny day its perfect to ride over the bridge and up to the top of the hill. I did it during Fleet Week and it was pretty crowded.	Overall Rating:

Review: Trail is sooooo close to the city! Great place to intro the girlfriend to Mt. Biking. Lots of nice tall grass to really get to know one another. Great scenery, Fun ride without having to bring the car. If you live in the Richmind D. this is the closest thing to a real bike trail.	Overall Rating:
