    Favorite Trail:Tech Trails
    Duration Product Used:1 Year
    Price Paid: $875.00
    Purchased At:Expedition Supply
Strengths:Beautiful frame, disc specific rims, full shimano deore and deore lx components. excellent geometry. climbs very well.
Weaknesses:none yet, broke the chain within a week, easy fix. dart II is adjustable but nothing special, but i'm glad bianchi spent the money on the frame instead of the fork.
Similar Products Used:giant iquana, trek 820. this is my first serious bike.
Bike Setup:stock 2007 (cable brakes), switched to a stiff spring for the dart II
Bottom Line:More than i expected. best sub-$1000 hardtail i've come across. i get compliments everywhere i go. i'm so pleased i didn't go with trek or giant: a little more money but bianchi set this bike up well w/o cutting corners on componentry. i wish the frame was made in italy, but my next bianchi will be. this bike is so manuverable and light that i can keep up with much more experienced riders and pass them on the climbs. i'm strong enough to abuse most anything i use and this bike takes the beating w/o complaints. strong, rugged, and wonderfully light. nicest hardtail a college kid could ask for!

    Similar Products Used:Gary Fisher Kaiti
Bike Setup:LX rear derailer, Deore front and shifters, Dart2 Rockshox, Shimano hydralic brakes.
Bottom Line:Im just very happy with this bike overall for the price. Ive taken on a couple of good trail rides and was suprised at how good of a steep climer it is with little effort.
