Description:The Oiz Carbon has 3.5” of supple travel and agile handling, the result of a stiff carbon chassis that weighs only 4.4 lbs. The efficient suspension design makes for quick acceleration and effortless climbing. The Oiz Carbon is one of the most versatile bikes to be found, equally at home on the race course or on your favorite epic ride.

from Australia Date Reviewed: May 21, 2008 | | Duration Product Used: | 6 months | | Strengths: | I've enjoyed every ride I've had on this beauty! It's light, comfortable (feels like more than 85mm of travel in the rough stuff - and stiff on the smooth stuff). The perfect endurance machine!!! | | Weaknesses: | For a small frame size the top tube could be 1cm shorter, and the stand over clearance could be reduced as well - but I'm just a little short and really, really wanted this bike. | | Similar Products Used: | Orbea PopR (Lanza), Cannondale Scalpel, Cannondale Jekyll | | Bike Setup: | SRAM X.0, 2008 Sid Team, Juicy Ultimates, Spinergy Xyclones (white)... | | Bottom Line: | An amazing xc & all-day spacecraft. It looks like something designed by NASA (and feels like it could go like one as well). Time to go tweak the engine... | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$5500.00 | | Purchased At: | Wheel Werks | | Strengths: | Light, Climbs Great, Suspension is outstanding (Absorbs everything big & small), Can ride it intensly for 3 hour and walk away with no aches, My endurance is lengthened by this bike over my hardtail. | | Weaknesses: | Rear triangle is not as laterally stiff as my hardtail. My OIZ does not control and track as nicely as my hardtail. | | Similar Products Used: | Specialized Epic | | Bike Setup: | Full XTR, SID Team, Crossmax
| | Bottom Line: | A good hardtail will handle better than the OIZ, but the reduced fatigue created from the OIZ's suspension makes this bike my choice for cross country racing. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
