    Favoriate Trail:Thumper loop
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Purchased At:perofrmance bike
Strengths:almost no pedal bob. Good component set. Fairly light for a full suspension that retails for $2000. dw-link rocks!!!
Weaknesses:on really rocky trails, lots of chain slap. not much a problem, just get a chainstay protector
    Similar Products Used:Ironhorse Maverick XC
Bike Setup:stock, ritchey cockpit, Sram X-7 drivetrain, marzocchi mz comp fork, fox float r shock, maxxis crossmark/ignitor tires
Bottom Line:this bike rocks. great paint job, minimal pedal bob, consistent components. All around good bike. With some upgrades, it can be real light. Mine stock (17") weighs 28.5 pounds. good geometry, stiff yet supple ride. rides like hardtail until you find rocks, then suspension kicks in. deffinately get a chainstay protector, don't want to mess up this paint.Climbs great. Great all around bike!

    Favoriate Trail:whiting ranch wilderness park
    Duration Product Used:3 months
    Price Paid: $900.00
    Purchased At:randall scott
Strengths:Awesome suspension. Rides like a hardtail would, but with better traction, and very supple on the bumps. Rides and climbs like a carbon fiber road bike would. As if it weighs like a mere seven kilo road bike. Very tough paint job
    Weaknesses:zipp, nada, none whatsoever
Similar Products Used:cannondale caad 5, giant nrs, jamis komodo, norco fireball, jamis dakar xc expert, giant xtc
Bike Setup:full shimano xt 2008, Fox talas 2008 RLC, crossmax sl, alpha q carbon cockpit and seatpost, selle italia xcr pro.
Bottom Line:The best bike for the money. And I suppose amongst all them bikes out there. Not that I've tried all the bikes out there, but think about it.. This bike only needs a Fox R for the rear shocks and that's it. No need for a pro pedal of any kind. Try putting just the Fox R on all those boutique brands out there and let's see what they're really made of. I mean you can hit this rig as hard as you can, whether it be straight up or on flats you would hardly feel a bob. I do'nt know what you call it. But for me that's wonderful engineering. Thanks a lot Iron horse.
