Lock out which does not break. Not a weak spot. Problem is this bike is way better than mine (Cannodale Delta V with XTR)and I want one. The geometry is for a girl with a little tighter approach to the handle bars but I ride this bike all the time and all I bring the saddle up and it fits my 6' 160LBS frame great. Buy this bike if you are a fit recreational rider or better. Buy this bike and you will not need another one again for a long time. You should not buy this bike if you are not going to ride it everyday it is too good to sit in the garage gathering dust. I bought this at Danny's Cycles in Scarsdale they special ordered it for me.
