Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
    Price Paid: $35.00
    Purchased At:LBS
Strengths:Fast Rolling and Lightweight. True to size 2.0" tire. Good grip on climbs. Works well as Ghetto Tubeless. Good braking and cornering traction. Nice supple casing. Works well enough on pavement.
Weaknesses:If you are riding trails and basic XC then not much really.
Similar Products Used:Kenda Nevegals, WTB Weirwolfs, Spesh Resolution Pros, Bontrager Jones ACX, Panracer Cinder, Kenda KRAD
    Bike Setup:Stumpy FSR Expert
Bottom Line:Great Rear Tire for XC riding. Sealed up great with tubeless first thing. No sealant leaks visible. After a couple days it was fully sealed and has held air great ever since.

Seems like a great XC tire for basic trails. It has some pretty nice grip on steep climbs and corners well so far. Wear has been good after about 100 miles.

Seems to work great on hard pack, with solid performance on loose soil, deep loose leaves, sand, gravel, mud and wet trails. Just So so in deep slushy snow. In harder more icy snow, its good.

Seems like agood all conditions tire if you typically enjoy long epic rides. of 20 miles and up.

    Strengths:fast-rolling, great grip, 2bliss
Weaknesses:none so far... it looks skinny on my bike?

Bike Setup:07 enduro sl, eskar 2.3 front, the captain 2.0 rear, ghetto tubeless
Bottom Line:this tire rolls so fast i thought for a little while that i was actually in shape! i was a little worried about the sidewalls, because the trails around here are pretty rocky, but i've had no problems, even when i've been sloppy through the rock gardens. the tire looks way skinny on my bike, especially compared to the fat eskar 2.3 on the front, but it feels like when i'm cornering the rear tire just digs in and slices the dirt like a razor. i love this combo of tires.

    Duration Product Used:6 months
    Price Paid: $40.00
    Purchased At:Specialized
Strengths:Hooks up well, great cornering, light, low rolling resistance, grips well, good on loose and hardpack. One of the best out there in this regard.
    Weaknesses:
Sidewalls and overall flat resistance. Sidewalls and even the bottom of the tire are too thin for stans to seal quickly. For small tears, it will eventually seal, but you have to let the stans dry for 15 minutes before riding and baby it a bit. I've tried these for a few months hoping the flats are just unlucky, but it has become apparent that these tires don't hold up off-road-- at least not when used on the rear. The good news is that on the front where weight is less, and side wall tears are less likely, they don't seem to have a problem.
Similar Products Used:The Roll-X Pro 2Bliss which Specialized no longer makes was somewhat similar, though more durable and also heavier.
Bike Setup:Santa Cruz Blur, Mavic Crossmax SX Disc UST ...
Bottom Line:Great tires if you use only on the front. Don't try on the rear though (unless you're under 100 lbs or you like to walk the bike). They'd be great rear tires if Specialized would strengthen the sidewalls with a little more rubber. It would be worth the extra weight. Oh well, back to Hutchinson Python New Generation on the rear.

Strengths:Great hook up thru the corners, low rolling resistance, tire handled a wide variety of terrain: hardpack, loamy and muc!
Weaknesses:Have yet to find a weakness.

Bottom Line:Smooth handling on hardpack, could easily pick different lines. Stayed firmly planted when getting out of the seat. Excellant cornering ability. Best tire I have used in the past 2 years. Price/Value is outstanding.

Strengths:Rolls easy, excellent grip on varied surfaces, hardpack, loose over hard. Excellent cornering traction and stability. I run these at around 26psi, and unlike most other tires, I don't feel the sidewalls squirming. Best tires I've used in the last year, and well suited to our Eastern Woods-type trails. surprisingly good at shedding mud. 2-Bliss bead seems very sturdy yet not overbuilt.
Weaknesses:Tires like this don't have tear resistant sidewalls, and aren't great for really sharp, rocky terrain. Not good on wet roots (but what is), Adrenalines were much better (larger volume) on slick surfaces. Don't look like they will wear long. Knobs showed wear after one 12 hr race. I wish the S-works versions were easier to find, there's not real advantage to the slightly stronger sidewalls on these, and the lighter weight of the S-works would be worth it for racing.

Bike Setup:Specalized FSR , Carbon goodies, XTR, etc. Stans Olympic wheelset,
Bottom Line:Versatile, relatively lightweight. Inspires confidence especially in intermediate corners. Great all-round tire, perfect for longer races over varied terrain.

Strengths:great tires...good for a variety of conditions. as soon as i took off the tires just wanted to go. the tight center tread made for low rolling resistance. hooked up well in the turns....no wash out. demoed in hard pack and loose over hard conditions. i think they will shed the soft stuff pretty well too but i don't know. not as good as some other tires geared for the socal hardpack, but will hook up in changing conditions throughout the winter.
    Weaknesses:none.
Similar Products Used:maxxix crossmarks, panaracer xc, specialized ??

Bottom Line:overall i am very satisfied with the purchase. great if you are riding trails in different locations with different trail conditions. fast enough to race, loose enough to shed, and hook up 8/10.
