Strengths:strong, light, removable dropout, basically everything
Weaknesses:Hard to find an aftermarket headset that fits.
Similar Products Used:Raleigh XTR 26".
Bike Setup:Cane creek sx-1 headset, rock shox judy race, bontrager seatpost, rest is stock.
Bottom Line:Amazing bike, takes abuse, light, and good customer support. The only problem is finding a compatable aftermarket headset. (Cane Creek SX-1 will fit!)

Strengths:-the best value for the money I've ever seen
-full xtr
-the x-fly is amazing
-it has a realy nice ride
Weaknesses:-I don't like the titec goodies so I put on easton bar stem and seatpost

Bike Setup:stock except for all easton components, and I use hutchinson python air light tires
Bottom Line:I bought this bike because it was such an amazing deal. When I first got it I found it didn't handle the technical trails as good as my previous few bike but once I got the fork dialed in and my seat height tweaked it realy did turn into a realy nice riding bike. Mine weighs an honest 23lbs with pedals and real tires, which is pretty light. The x-fly is the perfect fork for any racer because if your racing you just pump it up so it won't move much on climbs, yet for trails riding take some air out and it's a super smooth fork. I realy do feel this is an amazing bike. I'm thinking for next year I'm going to replace the frame with a kona explosif scandium or a norco team ti. either way this bike is an amazing deal with a killer ride to it.

Strengths:-FULL XTR
-Brand name components(no house brand parts)
-Durable
-Radically sloping top tube
-S bend seat stays

Weaknesses:Slight cracks in the paint fooled me into thinking the frame was cracked.The manufacturer says the paint was put on too thick.The same problem occurred on their other bikes too.

Bike Setup:show room stock. Who needs to upgrade XTR?
Bottom Line:The ridding position on the Oryx felt too upright(due to the tall marzocchi shock) .That's how it seemed when I first switched from my old bike(Rocky Mountain).To be fair the Rocky is a very aggresive cross county bike.
The Upright position,while feeling strange at first doesn't
make it any less of a great performer.

Having a hardtail with an XTR groupo makes for an extreemly
reliable and light bike.Every one of my riding buddies with dual suspension bikes have had problems. Some have switched back to thier old hard tails.

It's a great deal for a full XTR XC racing bike, even more so if you come up from the states and buy one here in Quebec where they are made.
