from Kitchener, Ontario Date Reviewed: May 21, 2004 | | Duration Product Used: | 2 Years | | Strengths: | This bike is great on the downhills and can really take some rough treatment. | | Weaknesses: | Back heavy due to the full suspension, not too nimble. If the rider isn't strong or it can't bull it's way through, you might find yourself in trouble. | | Bike Setup: | Typical | | Bottom Line: | I've had this bike for almost three years and ridden it in several hard races and all winter long (Canadian winter). It's a fantastic bike for tough slogs, trails and demanding hills, but don't expect to be doing technical trails unless you're a stronger rider. It's a great bike for breaking in a new rider as it can take the punishement. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
