Strengths:This bike is amazing. I have only owned it for about two weeks, but it performs amazing. The brakes give good modulation but require some work to keep in prime condition. The fact that these bikes can be picked up for about a quater of there original cost is great. The rockshock boxxer fork was an excellent choice.
Weaknesses:The only real weakness is the formula disc brakes. They have good power but are harder then hell to bleed.
Similar Products Used:Rocky Mountain RM7, Kona Stab delux
Bike Setup:mavic 521 rims, formula disc brakes EVO 95, sram 9.0sl, rockshock boxxer, race face LP downhill crank, raceface thermo headset
Bottom Line:If you are looking for a good downhill bike as well as a good freeride bike you can't go wrong with the atx. The team is a much better buy if you can find one. The DS model under it is equiped with mechanical discs. I am 6'2" and i ride a small frame even with a 2" shorter seat tube it is still a great ride. If you need more height get a longer seatpost that will fix your problem. Also with its 23.5" top tub length it has ample room for even tall riders like myself. if you can find one i recomend getting your hands on one.

    Favoriate Trail:Mt Beauty
    Duration Product Used:2 Years
Strengths:Strong as buggery. I like the way the suspension works underneath me and I dont even realise how much effort its doing.
Weaknesses:Rear end is a little flexy and makes weird noises when you corner on weird angles, but apart from that nothin.. Not a major issue anyway
Similar Products Used:Cannondale DH, Santa Cruz DH, Mountain Cycle Shockworks, Specialized DH, Intense.. You name it i've ridden it
Bike Setup:'99 frame with 2000 Boxxer, Truvativ cranks, XT r/d, Hayes brakes (8" front, 6" rear) and lotsa other interesting stuph in between
Bottom Line:This bike is good. Well for me at least. The head angle on it that I have is just sooooo good. Eats up everything I give it and begs for more. This bike is definently good for what I do and I like it.. 10/10 for the ATX

    Bottom Line:
This bike is meant to do one thing and one thing only and that is kick the shit out of gravity and it does it perfectly, i got mine about three months ago and I have already won 1 race and placed in top ten in 2 others. There is only minimal bob and the Boxxers feel awsome have'nt broken anything yet, i will update in 2 months
