$60.00 | | Purchased At: | Deviate Boardshop | | Strengths: | Looks great, wide array of colors, durable, Oakley name, lots of ventilation. | | Weaknesses: | Tends to fog sometimes, but not much. | | Similar Products Used: | Oakley O-Frame, Spy Targa, Dragon MX. | | Bike Setup: | 2004 Norco Atomik, 888, HFX-9, all XT. | | Bottom Line: | I originally bought these for snowboarding, and I saw this here so I decided I may as well review it. I just couldn't see why you would use these for biking. Anyways, a great value for the price I paid, I don't recommend for biking, but for snowboarding. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$120.00 | | Purchased At: | REI | | Strengths: | Looks swuft! Great fit. No probs foggin' up. | | Weaknesses: | Price? But hey, they're Oakleys, and we all know you pay for that "O" logo and radical design. | | Similar Products Used: | Smith. | | Bike Setup: | Trek hardtail - lots of tweaks. | | Bottom Line: | I bought these goggles for skiing, and they are great (amber lens). Wore them skydiving on my 1st jump and they are PERFECT for that, I'll wear them from now on everytime I "jumpout.". Why would anybody wear these for anything like mountain biking? | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

from Ontario, Canada Date Reviewed: February 20, 2001 | | Duration Product Used: | 3 months | | Strengths: | - Amazing Looks - Changeable Lenses - Pretty Durable | | Weaknesses: | - Fog up easily! - Not worth the money paid for them
| | Similar Products Used: | Demo'd many other goggles... | | Bottom Line: | I can't tell you enough how much of a fan I am of Oakley. I have about three different types of M Frames and Racing Jackets for racing, and all of them have been great. I also own a pair of Juliet's (Rudy ones), and while I had to mortgage my bike to buy them they to have been great! These goggles though I got mainly cause I needed a new pair, but secondly to support Oakley. But Unfortunately I just am not all that pleased with them. The first day I wore them, they were great, but the rest of the week they fogged up constantly. It wasn't because they were wet inside or whatever, but they just didn't provide me with the satisfation I had expected from my other glasses. Another point I want to make is that the goggles have blind spots in the bottom corners. Some goggles you'll notice it, but as I was boarding I noticed that the lenses really restrict your line of vision... | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

from Hawaii Date Reviewed: July 13, 1999 | | Duration Product Used: | 3 months | | Strengths: | Never fogs, contoured to fit face so the feel is unbelievable. you can look like lopes, cully and king while riding. vents work kinda I still sweat inside them when dhing. | | Weaknesses: | price is a bit steep but undoughtably worth it plus you can wear them snow boarding in the winter and look cool (not here.) plus use of a fender is nessesary because its a snoboard goggle so no tear off options. | | Similar Products Used: | spy mx goggles. I own these too. but there only for practice runs. my a frames are ziplocked and for races only | | Bike Setup: | kona stab custom. cherry=) | | Bottom Line: | Like I said they are tough to buy cause of price but i feel there worthit they never fog and they have a fit you wouldn't believe. friends may tease you 'casue of price but the oakley optics are to die for. but, dont use chemical lense cleaner, i tryed that and melted the inside of my lenses and had to buy new ones. | Overall Rating: |
