$1100.00 | | Strengths: | The geometry on the alias is well thought out and aimed at shorter riders. It is very stable in the air and the back end is nice and short for manuals. | | Weaknesses: | The 3/8 inch axle on the front is a dissapointment as the bike is only 6 months old and already need a new axle. And they are not easy to get a hold of. Also the cranks only lasted six months, before the crank arm broke off. However, lighter people should not have this problem. | | Bottom Line: | Overall the bike is excellent for shredding everything from dirt, street, vert and even the occasional bit of flatland. However, the bike could have been improved by having a 14mm axle on the front to prevent having to go through a thousand skinny axles. Which adds up to a lot of money in the end. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
