$795.00 | | Strengths: | It's got a good looking tough frame and it dares you to just ride over or off everything in your way. | | Weaknesses: | Pedal bearing lasted about 6 weeks, Free hub ratchet detonated after 5 months, the chain lasted 3 months and the front chain rings didnt change well after a couple of months of mud and the forks are useless and the hayes sole brake's felt dead. Also the gear cables filled with mud. | | Similar Products Used: | none | | Bike Setup: | Longer pins in the pedals, blackspire pro front chainring and stainless chuck ring, hayes nine brakes sram pc68 chain. dmr chain device e13 bash ring, hope pro 2 rear hub | | Bottom Line: | After changing the front rings and chain (to get rid of the chain suck)and replacing the brakes and now the rear hub and inspite of wanting new fork's i still love this bike it gives you the confidence to try new things (and crash in new ways)and it goes where you want it to. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$1100.00 | | Purchased At: | Cycle Power | | Strengths: | RAD tubing, strong frame, | | Weaknesses: | Fork, drivetrain | | Similar Products Used: | Cannondale Chase, Banshee Morphine | | Bike Setup: | Stock | | Bottom Line: | I love my bike! The only thing I don't like about it is the fork, I need more adjustments (Dirt Jam Comp). I also find that I lose my chain more often than I'd like, so I'll probably be going single-speed. Frame is not as stiff as a Morphine though. I've used it for rocky downhill trails, and it performs quite well, the frame is stiff, and the bike goes where you point it. Also, being made in Canada is a plus! | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$500.00 | | Purchased At: | eBay - the whole bike not just frame | | Strengths: | Build quality; frame is rock solid, powdercoated paint job kicks ass, pretty good components - brakes, cranks, pedals, wheel/tire combo(a bit heavy) | | Weaknesses: | None really, i've owned for about 1 month and have done 6 foot drops to flat with no issues. Haven't bottomed out the fork yet, Marzocchi Dirt Jam Pro(air/coil/oil), but the 4 inches of travel causes issues with pulling tight corners. | | Similar Products Used: | none | | Bike Setup: | bone stock; Race Face Evolve DH crankset, Marzocchi Dirt Jam PRO, Hayes HFX-9 HD hydraulic brakes(these kick ass), wellgo big flat's, handbuilt wheels from Rocky Mountain on a deore disc hub with alex MX22 freeride rims, Maxxis Lopes BLING BLING tires(these things are awesome so sticky on hot concrete). | | Bottom Line: | Awesome frame geometry. I like it because the bike is ALL handbuilt. No robots or sweatshop workers in a factory in Taiwan making the welds on this bike. The wheelbuilders name is signed on the wheels and the frame welders name is etched on the bottom bracket. A bike made by bikers. Only wish it was made in America instead of Canada.
