$40.00 | | Purchased At: | Ebay! | | Strengths: | Even though they're a lil finicky to set up at first, they're wicked solid brakes. Stylin' good looks, plenty of power, and comfy blade (takes a little getting used to, but I love it now). Super smooth too, and lots of room for adjustment. | | Weaknesses: | little bit of lever slop when I first put them on the bike. I had to grind off the cable housing routing for my disk brakes though (I dont use disk brakes), next to the brake arm, because the part that holds the pad was bumping into it. I would've designed a few things differenly on these. The plastic adjustment knob for the levers to could be upgraded, but it still does the job. | | Similar Products Used: | Shimano LX, Tektro | | Bike Setup: | Ironhorse, shimano XT drivetrain, truvativ cranks, BOX BRAKES, ritchey tires, rynolite rims | | Bottom Line: | Awesome brakes for the money, really under advertised though (ebay is the only place I could even find mention of them on the internet..and there's only one guy selling them.) | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$120.00 | | Purchased At: | John Atkins Cycles UK | | Strengths: | Stunning and sexy and superbly made, will work with V's, Canti's and mechanical discs. | | Weaknesses: | Nothing obvious! | | Similar Products Used: | XTR, XT | | Bike Setup: | Surly 1X1 M/C tech canti's, Middleburn cranks, rigid. | | Bottom Line: | Cheaper 'quality'levers (XTR,XT etc)probably do the job just as well, but these babies have that Umm factor that the Big S just can't manage, try them and you'll know. John Atkins Cycles (UK) STILL have them for sale - cheap!!! | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

LOL! see you onna streets | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
