XC-500 rim is tubeless ready...no spoke holes, no rubber strips, no sealant, no messy work-arounds.
Description & Materials
XC-500 features a fully tubeless, disk specific, triangular shaped rim (24mm wide X 26mm deep). Made in 6061-T6 and cold worked after hooping for additional strength. Flat topped beads for pinch flat resistance. Direct pull, double butted spokes for long life and light weight. A super light, high tech hubset contains 6000 series high grade cartridge bearings and offers ISO rotor bosses. 1.95kg. Altogether, one of the most advanced off road wheelsets in many years.
