Duration Product Used: Tested or demo'ed only
      Purchased At: -
Strengths: Very light for a downhill intended wheel set, good paint job - doesnt chip that easy.
Weaknesses: As above very light - too light - not very strong in the latteral direction (side to side) 3 cross and only 32 spoke!
Similar Products Tried: Mavic Ex729 2007 on Hope Big'un 4 cross pattern with DT swiss Alpine 3 spokes(My babies)
Bike Setup: My friends bike - DDG Blackjack, DMR Moto Digger tyres, Rockshox Boxxer Race, X-lite 4 piece bar, Hope Headset, Hope M4 brakes, Sram PG990, PC991 - No Rubbish
Bottom Line: After a 3 hour ride over some 5 to 10 foot drops in the woods the front wheel started to warp a bit side to side - but the wheel did not buckle in the radial direction? very odd. The rear wheel lasted a few rides later before it started showing some warp but still I think it should have lasted a bit longer before it needed truing. Bearings are fine for DH bashing. Not a fantasic wheel set for your money, my mavic/hope combo as described above makes a perfect downhill and jumping wheel - lasted me ages. Bottom line, not strong enough for your big jumps and hucks but the wheels are dam light - they would make perfect cross country wheels lol, 3 chillies because they were not too expensive.

      FavoriteTrail: white ranch
      Duration Product Used: 3 months
      Price Paid: $825
      Purchased At: collins bike, denver
      Strengths: Light, stiff, fast wheels
Weaknesses: RWS thru bolt is to long for my 6.6 frame, it needs 3 more threads to be really tight. i have to shim it with a washer.
Similar Products Tried: XTR, Cane creek chronos
Bike Setup: 6.6, XT, K24, tompson.
Bottom Line: i recomend these wheels, three months of thrashing, still straight and true.
