Only problem I've had with them is that the typical Shimano non-sealed bearing slowly comes loose and needs periodic tightening, which is not the easiest thing to do given that one of the bearing nuts is hiden in the freewheel casing. Other than that these are fantastic wheels. I've retired them from my race bike now as I use disk wheels. I use them on my touring bike which transports me (75Kgs) and my 15Kg son in his baby seat right over the rear wheel. I had my doubts about how strong these wheels were when I first saw them... but not now.

The strenght is really good i am 190lbs 85kg and i am doing some ruf xc earound the auvergne volcanos
After 1000km they became a bit spongy i just had to tens the spokes and everything was find after.
