These tires are really big! Check your frame before, the are not only 67mm wide, but also very high! The weight is just under 1000g each, about 100grams more than BigBetty. Thats ok.
The grip on loose soil, mud and wet stones/roots is outstanding.
When it comes to hardpack or flat stones/tarmac, the tire is easy to pedal, but the giant knobs will roll over slightly in corners and give you an unstable feel.
The sheer size of the tire gives a plush feel when hitting hard over ocks and stuff. I didnt have a flat yet, but I think for downhilling the DH version will be safer. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
