| FavoriteTrail: | Highland Recreation Area |
| Duration Product Used: | Less than 1 month |
| Price Paid: | $70 |
| Purchased At: | Cycletherapy |
| Strengths: | Good traction on snow / ice / leaf covered trails |
| Weaknesses: | heavy, didn't handle laps on a slick frozen lake as well as expected (I thought they would stick like my old studded motocross tires would - wrong!) |
| Similar Products Tried: | None |
| Bike Setup: | Yeti kokopelli with lots of XTR and SRAM components with Pushed Fox shock and Fox RLT fork. Great bike! |
| Bottom Line: | These tires did well for intended use on trails with ice patches mixed with crusty snow - never crashed on some local trails, and only spun out on one steep climb. However, I was hoping to spin fast laps around a frozen lake, but had to keep it relatively slow with very gentle turns to avoid sliding on the glare ice. |
