Strengths:
When its dry this tire rips and the side knobs provide some ability to tread some loose terrain too. It has softer downhill rubber and a medium casing sidewall.
Weaknesses:
Wears quickely but worth the traction.

Bottom Line:
This is an awesome tire to 4x and slalom racing when the conditions permit. It could also be good for street or Moab slick rock riding. The soft rubber and casing provide confindence and stability.
