Description:Professional DH tyres for the roughest courses on earth. Pinchflat protected DH casing with extra stiff sidewalls makes possible to use much lower pressures to get more grip. Precise cornering due to famous, aggressive Nokian DH tread with solid and raised shoulder knobs.

Date Reviewed: April 13, 2008
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Price Paid: $80.00
Purchased At:lbs
Strengths:everything but weight.
Weaknesses:weight
Bottom Line:this is a awesome tire, its heavy, but what do you expect, its wire bead, if you're running this on yer xc rig, you might want to got to something 1/2 its weight. i have ran this on the back and front of a xc rig, and it feels slow. but, that being said, i ran this on my fully and love it. i also have the 2.1, 2.3, and 2.6 on different bikes, and for the conditions around here (soft wet clay/loam single track) this is the best tire ive ever used. i am going to put it together with a tubeless sealant setup this season and i assume its going to impress me further.
