It's not heavy for a DH stem. It's ridiculously strong, you just set it and forget it. It wasn't cheap, but I don't regret buying it even though it felt like a lot of money at the time. It looks totally rad, simple design, nice and stiff and it used to have a lifetime warranty--which means it probably will not break anytime soon! Will update as necessary if anything goes wrong.
