Description:Pazzaz Dwonhill Stem

Submitted by Joseph a Downhiller from new zealand
Date Reviewed: September 13, 2003
Duration Product Used:1 Year
Strengths:great stem, realy solid and dosent flex as well as being a lot lighter weight than you'd expect
Weaknesses:none
Bottom Line:i'd recomend this to anyone, it dosent have alot of marketing hype or fancy finish e.g. Race Face Diablo etc, so it get to you at a much better price while performing equaly or better than stems over twice the price.

Date Reviewed: April 1, 2003
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Strengths:Nice looks, powerfull grip, no flex, great angel and lenth, and great colours and very cheap
Weaknesses:Bolts can strip, so tighten eavenly
Similar Products Used:azonic shorty, kona....
Bottom Line:Money for value it is the best stem on the market. I belive it's better than the Azonic because the Azonic can ovalize your steerer tube and they have been known to crack. Bottonline: buy this stem if you want a cheap reliable stem that kicks ass

Submitted by Sam a Weekend Warrior from Lau Tas Australia
Date Reviewed: January 23, 2003
Duration Product Used:3 months
Price Paid: $60.00
Purchased At:LBS
Strengths:Half the price of the azonic shorty for the same level of performance!
Weaknesses:Err... you need a 6mm key for the over sized plate bolts... wait, that's a good thing!
Similar Products Used:Titec big al, C'dale 10+/-, generic ones
Bike Setup:98 FSR Extreme, 2000 Jr T., Rhino Lites, Hayes mag front, XT-V rear, LX/XT, Race Face Turbines, Blackspire chain god
Bottom Line:This is a great little investment. I can't see how I could bust it and it puts the reach and rise on my slightly-too big-for-me bike in just the right spot. As I said, half the price for the same performance.
