Strengths:
Holds the bar in place, hasent broke yet.
Weaknesses:
Very generic design, Faceplate bolts rust, heavy.
Bottom Line:
The 100mm OS version came on the bike when I bought it. I thought that it would be fine for what I would use the bike for, riding to work and light XC on the weekends but a few months ago I started getting into heavier XC/AM riding and some downhill. I just dont think this thing would last with that kind of abuse and for the weight of the thing, one would expect that it would be stiffer than it actually is. I give it 4 flamin turds for value cause the thing does only cost about $15 and it does the job that it was designed to do. 1 chili for overall rating cause you can only get better from here.
