| | Bottom Line: | An excellent change! I like to carry my front wheel over ALOT of terrian; this from performing 'speed jumps' during my BMX race days. This stems short length gets the front end up in the air and allows, my bike at least, a much more comfortable and consistantly found balance point on the rear wheel. I upgraded my fork, which added wheelbase and height to the fornt end; but only a pinch of rake. I'd say the weight distribution over the front end is only slightly shifted rearward, but the same predictable carve through corners is found! It looks way tough and if FSA made padsets with a mini-crossbar pad, a nice sliver or chrome pad (hint-hint!) makes a complete front-end. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

After nearly killing myself from the bar rotating foreward on landing a drop (twice), I tossed the Coda crap in the trash. This stem hasn't budged in two seasons of dropping in and occasionally crashing. Unlike the Diablos from Race Face the back end of this stem is rounded (still hurts to smack but no stitches required. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
