$20.00 | | Purchased At: | Nashbar | | Strengths: | Polished silver looks nice, stiff, reasonably light | | Weaknesses: | Limited sizes available | | Similar Products Used: | Bontrager, Syntace Megaforce | | Bike Setup: | Trek 4300 with rigid fork and other upgrades | | Bottom Line: | This stem looks great with the silver look I've got with this bike. Nice polished finish. Stiff, no flex. Stout without being heavy. Can get great deals on this stem. I've used Syntace products in the past and have had no problems whatsoever, but came across this stem on sale and decided to give it a try. Overall very nice. A pleasant suprise for the money. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |

$60.00 | | Purchased At: | REI | | Strengths: | very light, nice looks, strong, works well with carbon, large selection of lengths, good price, bike handling boost. | | Weaknesses: | hmmm.... none | | Similar Products Used: | none that compare | | Bike Setup: | specialized stumpjumper, xtr, marzocchi(great fork), carbon stuff | | Bottom Line: | This is a fantastic product. I had been riding some old, high rise piece of junk, and once I got carbon bars, I was looking for a good stem. This is THE BEST. You can't go wrog with one of these. They will make a noticable difference in the way your bike handles, including a boost in front end responsiveness. BUY THIS STEM!!!! For XC, it is simply the only way to go. | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
