Favoriate Trail:any Moab expert
Duration Product Used:2 Years
Price Paid: $10.00
Purchased At:LBS
Strengths:Cheap, strong, no noise
Weaknesses:None
Similar Products Used:Syncros, Easton 50
Bike Setup:S-Works M4, XTR, Black Spire crank\rings, Avid Mech., Selle Flite, Mavic, Man. Black.
Bottom Line:Bought this as an emergency replacement and never took it off! Rigid with flex for longevity. No strange noises. Good looks. Fairly light. I don't believe in spending big $ for peripheral items like seat posts, stems, skewers, etc. Put your money into frames, suspension and wheels as the name brand "little stuff" rarely lets you down. $100 for a stem? That's 6 tires and 4 tubes for a Moab rider and trust me, at Moab you'll need them more than a high $ stem. Perfect for any type of XC rider and light DHer. Was told Ritchey was making Specialized stems and posts....can't go wrong there.

Favoriate Trail:Any East Bay Park.
Duration Product Used:More than 3 years
Price Paid: $10.00
Purchased At:LBS
Strengths:Strong and rigid.
Cheap.
Weaknesses:Some wieght wienies might complain that its 20 grams to heavy.
Similar Products Used:whatever came stock on my bikes over the years.
Bike Setup:Was a 2000 FSRxc.
Bottom Line:There's not much I can say. At the time I bought it in 2000, it was cheap at $10.00.
It held up fine doing light jumps and was rigid when I hammered out of the saddle.
I never had any problems with it what-so-ever, and I weigh 200+ lbs.
