Description:The particular cut of the upper, which is all one piece with a minimum number of seams, guarantees comfortable fit without rubbing. The mesh inserts improve the way the shoe envelops the foot, providing comfort and ventilation through large, aerated sections. For constant grip and maximum adaptability, the shoes are equipped with the revolutionary AICS closure system, which is made of molded polyurethane and located on the instep, with adjustment openings that allow the closure of the shoe to be adapted to all shapes of feet.

$180.00 | | Purchased At: | hibike.de | | Strengths: | warm, waterproof | | Weaknesses: | none | | Similar Products Used: | Gearne Polar (circa 2003). These Eskimoes are much warmer. | | Bike Setup: | Hot Chili Zymotic (my winter bike) | | Bottom Line: | Warm, waterproof, you won't get cold toes, neither will you sweet in them. The first shoes that do for me without electric heating (very much like the Pearl Izumi lobster grip winter gloves: never, never cold fingers). The closure system is ingenious. They are rather narrow, so check first if they fit you (i.e. are large enough, tight shoes means cold feet). | Value Rating: Overall Rating: |
