Description:Dirt Works Dual rate Spring

Submitted by carbon fiber boy ride hard a Cross Country Rider from dallas
Date Reviewed: March 12, 2000
Favoriate Trail:waco tx cameron st park
Duration Product Used:Less than 1 month
Strengths:dual rate works well, great move up from sucky mcus. doesn't bottom out much if any!
Weaknesses:heavier rebound means your fork goes "pock!" every time yoru wheel comes off ground, or if you hit a bike spike seated it rebounds too hard. get a zokes if you cant deal with it. have better or secondary rebound elastomers placed on the compression rods inside the fork. this will also steepen the effective head angle.
Similar Products Used:dirt works single rate springs, too soft!
Bike Setup:carbon front traingle hardtail dbr with sus post and sup217/xtr
Bottom Line:have little money, get the springs
have ltos of money get a zokes or pace fork.
Value Rating:4Overall Rating:2
