Strengths:I saw this "concept" saddle on Selle Italia's website and I had to give it a shot. I was previously riding on a WTB Rocket V, and it was a pretty good entry-level saddle, but I was ready to trade up. The main reason I was looking for a new saddle was that the WTB had a concave rear that keeps your bottom planted in exactly one place, and that depression made a lip on the very rear of the saddle that put my ass to sleep on long rides. Also, the WTB had a leather cover, which at comfort thickness is not so tough and was starting to tear on the lip of the shell.

Which brings me to the Yutaak's strengths. The Kevlar/Cordura cover is so killer. It is soft (almost tennis ball fuzzy feeling), yet tough as hell, and it is grippy without causing hotspots. It allows you to change position without rising up, and it doesn't bunch up your shorts, and on long rides I usually wear my Oakley shorts with the textured crotch. The Vibram rubber cuts way down on trail chatter and provides a firm yet giving platform for the silicone padding around the anatomical cutout. It's a little stiff at first, which had me kind of worried, but put 40 or 50 miles on it and it forms to you and softens up considerably. The rear of the Yutaak saddle is convex, which allows you to adjust the position of your sit bones ever so slightly which makes ALL the difference on 50 mile plus days. Lastly, it looks like a stealth bomber perched on your seatpost. Italians are very design conscious, and all that is great only if it does it's job, and the Selle Italia Yutaak Gel Flow indeed does it's job very well.
Weaknesses:Pricey: Hand made Italian quality will cost you. You want cheap buy Chinese. I kind of wish the nose of the saddle had a little more hook, as baggy shorts sometimes get snagged in the crotch when you slide off the rear of the saddle on steep descents.
Similar Products Used:As this is a "concept" saddle I really think it is unique in the marketplace, there isn't much like it out there. I don't think anyone else is using a similar blend of materials: Vibram, silicone, kevlar/cordura, titanium 316.
Bike Setup:Mountain Cycle - "Son of San"
San Andreas DNA '05
Bottom Line:Asses are like snowflakes, every one is different. What is comfortable for some may be agonizing for others.

The Yutaak Gel Flow is very well made, with very functional materials. I say "try it you'll most likely love it."

If it doesn't fit you, or your style of riding, that may be, but nobody can argue that this doesn't qualify as "fine Italian craftsmanship".
